Unseen THings

Unseen Things is an independent production company based in The New Forest, Hampshire, making short film, theatre, and audio, and developing scripts for film and television. Previously we have been based in London, Paris and Belfast.

The company was created by James Carney in order to produce a live audio-drama podcast - The Unseen Hour - and to develop scripts and productions for theatre, radio, podcast, film, and television.

Below are links to the Unseen Hour Podcast, and two other projects associated with us:

A live radio comedy show performed in front of a theatre audience, with recordings released as a podcast. It began in March 2017 and ran until February 2021.

Centred around a storytelling podcast, Finding Folklore is a project exploring English Folklore and the folktale storytelling tradition.

Research into the manufacture and use of theatrical masks. Using techniques and approaches learned in France and Italy and applying them to theatrical and folk traditions of England.
